There’s no more scenic spot to build an office than Lake Minnetonka, and RBA Inc., a technology consulting firm, has been featured in Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as one of the Twin Cities’ coolest offices. The Shea-designed space is housed in the Wayzata Boatworks building and includes a combination of heads-down work stations and formal and informal collaboration stations, meeting areas, and breakout areas with soft seating and wall-to-wall marker board paint to support social interaction and cross-pollination of ideas. The office is also lauded for its contemporary style, cohesive branding (check out the RBA logo-shaped couch), and, of course, a lounge offering shoreline views.
