Acclaimed chef Tim McKee’s next project, a Shea-designed marketplace in the heart of Lowertown in St. Paul, is making big strides. Newly announced are an outpost of famed Minneapolis bakery Salty Tart, a name for the anchor restaurant (Octo Fishbar), the sustainable Almanac Fish Market (with fresh fish from The Fish Guys), and a butcher shop dubbed Peterson Craftsman Meats (as in, the famed Peterson Farm).
