The popular Animales Barbeque Co. food truck is getting a brick-and-mortar, complete with a full restaurant and bar, live music stage, sizeable patio and dedicated kids’ play area. The 12,500-square-foot space located in the Harrison neighborhood of Minneapolis is scheduled to open mid-September. We’re proud to be partnering with owner Jon Wipfli on this exciting new chapter and can’t wait to see this well-earned vision come to life.
