Fans of Chi-Chi’s won’t have to wait much longer for its return; the restaurant is making its comeback on October 6th, in St. Louis Park’s West End. The chimichangas and nostalgic menu favorites are making their return, and the space will nod to the past Chi-Chi’s as well with plants, macrame and patterns done in a fresh way with twists for a new generation to fall in love with the restaurant. We’re proud to have designed the revived Chi-Chi’s in partnership with owner Michael McDermott, son of Chi-Chi’s co-founder Marno McDermott, and are thrilled for its upcoming opening.
