The first major phase of our design partnership with Hegg Companies at downtown Sioux Falls’ Hilton Garden Inn has been completed: the conversion of a former meeting space into a private dining room complete with its own bar.
Our partners at Kaskaid Hospitality, ownership behind the hotel’s restaurant, Crave, are providing the food service for the private dining space. The room can seat up to 50 people and will soon feature a private patio as well.
Lobby renovations for the hotel will begin this spring, including added lounge spaces. Other phases of the shea-designed renovation will include updates to the Crave location, outdoor patios and the fitness center.
Once all phases are complete, The Catlin name will go into affect and the hotel will join Hilton’s Tapestry collection of boutique-style properties.
