Hershey is one of the world’s most iconic companies—and as Hershey Lodge turns 50 this year, it deserves an upgrade to restore its flagship restaurant to that same epic, timeless status. Shea stepped in to create Fire & Grain in the lobby’s former Lebbie Lebkicher’s space, giving the restaurant a new concept and flexible design.
