Bellecour, acclaimed-chef Gavin Kaysen’s bakery concept, has made its return. The casual bakery and cafe is now open in Edina, serving pastries and coffee in the morning and shifting to include a selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, beer and wine by midday. We’re proud to be a continued part of Bellecour’s journey, from designing the original location and Bellecour brand to now partnering on the cafe’s revival with the design of the Edina location and upcoming North Loop spot.
Shea partnered with the Bellecour team, including Linda Kaysen, on the stores’ design, as well as designed the graphics and packaging. SheaMakes procured and produced the art and decor package, as well as many of the furniture pieces.
