Coming soon, to a lake near you—Gavin Kaysen’s Bellecour is slated to open on March 15, with reservations being taken beginning March 6. The lakeside restaurant, inspired by the chef’s time in Lyon, France, will highlight simple, perfect food and hospitality that’s second to none. Bellecour will not only be home to a restaurant and bar, but also a patisserie and boulangerie.
