Gavin Kaysen talks why chefs are fleeing New York

Bloomington native and Spoon and Stable chef Gavin Kaysen made a name for himself working at Daniel Boulud’s famed Cafe¬†Boulud in Manhattan. But last year, he moved back to the Twin Cities with his family and opened up the North Loop spot that’s been a darling on the Minneapolis dining scene since it’s announcement.
