We’re thrilled to be partnering with local restaurant Francis Burger Joint on the design of their second brick-and-mortar location! Francis originally started as a food truck before opening their first restaurant in NE Minneapolis, and now the team is bringing their vegan burgers and fare to South Minneapolis’ Longfellow neighborhood. It’s exciting to watch the small, entrepreneurial team continue to grow their vision and we’re proud to be a part of the adventure.
