We’re proud to be partnering on the design of four different restaurants within downtown Sioux Falls’ new Steel District development. This Fall, our partner Josh Thoma will open Big Sioux Burger, Dahlia Kitchen + Bar and Ironwood offering a range of dining experiences from casual smash burgers or tacos and tequila, to a more elevated, supper-club like experience.
In early 2025, Jack Rose Social Club will join the district – our first partnership with their team and the second location for the concept. The full restaurant and bar offers a lively atmosphere with a menu ranging from specialty cocktails and small plates to main entrees.
