Set to open on August 25, the long-awaited Farmers Kitchen + Bar from the Minnesota Farmers Union is going to make a riverside splash in the former, famed Spoonriver space. The new cafe and market boasts memorabilia from Minnesota farm culture, and direct-from-the-farm goodies available for purchase up front. The food is all about the most local, freshest fare, and the Shea-designed space feels warm, welcoming, and just a touch rustic.
