Egg on a Roll’s Dinkytown location is now open, just in time as University of Minnesota students return to the campus-area neighborhood for the semester start. The new location is Egg on a Roll’s first as a sole-tenant, marking an exciting chapter for the team as they further define their brand and kick-off huge 2025 growth.
We’re incredibly proud of our partnership with their entrepreneurial team as they continue rolling out (pun intended) additional locations throughout the year. In addition to having designed the Dinkytown location, our teams are partnering on upcoming spaces in NE Minneapolis, St. Paul and two locations in the growing Sioux Falls market.
