Following the recent opening of their Shea-designed location in Minneapolis’ Dinkytown, Egg on a Roll announced further growth plans in Sioux Falls. The team previously shared plans for a location opening this spring at The Bridges in south Sioux Falls, as well as additional locations coming to the Twin Cities.
This newly announced Sioux Falls location will be inside The One2, a mixed-use building largely filled with apartments. Egg on a Roll founder Adam Bresina told SiouxFalls.Business, “I’m really excited to spend more time in Sioux Falls. Everyone has been so warm and welcoming, and it’s a community I just want to be part of.”
