Eater takes a Sidebar at Surdyk’s tour

After a winter-induced hiatus, Sidebar at Surdyk’s is back with aplomb in Northeast Minneapolis. The Surdyk family re-opened the doors last weekend, and Eater snuck in to take a tour of the midcentury-inspired, Shea-designed space. With its sparkling blue-tiled, copper-topped bar and custom booths, sconces, and wallcoverings, the space truly glows through the glass garage door that rolls up to expose a perfect sidewalk patio and let the spring air in.
