Beloved Waconia winery Schram Vineyards is expanding to the North Loop with a little help from Shea, debuting new urban-winery concept AxeBridge Wine Co. With plans to open pending city approvals, the Shea-designed space on Washington Avenue has a goal of producing and selling 10,000 cases of wine each year.
