The team behind former fine-dining-Mexican spot Popol Vuh couldn’t sit still for long–just weeks after closing the restaurant in Northeast Minneapolis, the team has announced a new concept for the space. All-day breakfast and a serious pastry game will be highlighted, and Shea is giving the industrial space a spiff-up to be the perfect neighborhood joint.
