Summer Lakes Beverage is returning to the Minnesota State Fair with a whole new building and experience: the Summer Lakes Boat House. We’re proud to have partnered with their team on the ground-up design of their building, as well as engaging signage, murals and art installations through SheaMakes.

Summer Lakes Boat House is the first new building that’s been constructed on the fairgrounds since 2018, and in addition to offering the brand’s well-known and loved bottled cocktail mixes for purchase, the location will feature food and hard-seltzer-based cocktails and mocktails made with the Summer Lakes Beverage mixers.

“It really gives that feel of a lake house, a lot of nautical themes around it. There’ll be a stage with free live entertainment all day long,” MN State Fair food and beverage manager Danielle Dellinger told WCCO Radio. “Really, truly gives that vibe of Minnesota lake life at the Minnesota State Fair.”
