A long time coming for the team behind Richfield gem Lyn65, the joint Centro/Popol Vuh space is nearing its opening date in Northeast Minneapolis. Owner Jami Olson and Chef Jose Alarcon sat down with the Star Tribune to give food critic Rick Nelson the dish on casual taco joint Centro (opening soon!) and the more refined, full-service Popol Vuh—both designed by Shea, but with vibes completely unique to their personalities.
