San Francisco’s latest fine-dining restaurant, Aphotic, opened this Spring with a refined menu focused on sustainably sourced seafood. The upscale, dark interior has a refined design to match, and the overall restaurant has received great opening reviews. Shea partnered with Chef Peter Hemsley and David Middleton on design to create a showcase kitchen, fish prep space, wine room and fine-dining experience for Aphotic.
