All-day eateries Yum! and The Copperfield score raves from the Pioneer Press

Shea’s been keeping the East Metro in good eats with two major all-day dining openings in the past several months: The Copperfield, a fresh take on the neighborhood restaurant in Mendota Heights, and Yum! Kitchen & Bakery in St. Paul, a third location for the beloved bakery and restaurant.
