North Minneapolis boxing gym A Fighting Chance opened this week, with the goal of helping inner-city kids learn discipline, fitness, confidence, and compassion. Co-founded by longtime Shea client and restaurateur Ryan Burnet and Minneapolis police officer Victor Mills, the Shea-designed and renovated former firehouse now houses a boxing area as well as yoga studio and cardio equipment and provides free memberships to youth under 18.
