Shea is pleased to announce that 100 Washington Square has been named one of 2016’s Top Projects by Finance and Commerce. The project was a huge renovation of an iconic 22-story downtown office building, including new architecture, interiors work, and branding—a feat that included installing a full wall of structural glass and completely overhauling the Crossings skyway to ensure 100 Washington’s connection to the rest of downtown.
