Carlos O’Kelly’s

Shea teamed up with Wichita-based Sasnak Management to roll out a new design for the Carlos O’Kelly’s nationwide collection of restaurants. In addition to creating a new prototype for all future restaurants, Shea remodeled several existing locations to reflect the new, more energetic Carlos O’Kelly’s identity. Dark finishes, brighter lighting, and popping colors highlight the from-scratch Mexican food, and emphasis on a strong bar design puts diners at the heart of the action.
