As Spoon and Stable approaches their 10-year Anniversary, they’ve refreshed their celebrated restaurant space to continue providing the highest level of service and experience for their guests and staff. Shea partnered with Owner and Chef Gavin Kaysen to design Spoon and Stable when it opened, transforming a former, 1900s horse stable into the award-winning restaurant that it is today, and we’re proud to have again partnered with Gavin and his team for the refresh.
