Spoon & Stable is a culinary destination delivering a true gathering in the kitchen experience; simple and understated in nature. The layout breaks down normal barriers and gives guests connections to the chef’s team, the sommelier and the street with an open floor plan with strategic divisions. Guests are greeted with a sightline to the three major heroes in the space; a center stage kitchen offering views of the chef from every seat in the house, a vertical, glowing wine room with a working tasting table, and a convivial, immediately engaging bar complete with an adjacent indoor/outdoor counter that seamlessly integrates with the street.
The space is refreshing and a touch modern, based on simplicity of white, wood, natural materials, understated lighting and a collection of found, borrowed, and locally sourced and made products to accent the space with stories. The quality craftsmanship began with the original bones of the historic building and is carried through the simple, but high quality design palette.
