A 20-seat tasting-menu-only spot in Minneapolis’ historic North Loop neighborhood, Gavin Kaysen partnered with Shea to create a space as detailed and personal as the dishes served. A glittering bar and small, wood-paneled lounge area greet guests upon arrival, and an expansive, wood-topped bar ensures that everyone has the chef’s table experience, as they watch their dishes cooked and plated in the open kitchen and on the granite island. Custom art made from historic documents found in the building nod to space's history as a coffee production plant.
