Interlachen’s New Lodge Celebrated in FES Magazine as Design Project of the Month

The Lodge, a casual bar and restaurant at Interlachen Country Club, was featured as Foodservice Equipment & Supplies Magazine’s facility design project for the month of April, celebrating the timeless aesthetic and easy functionality of the new space. Shea Director of Design and Senior Associate Cori Kuechenmeister spoke with FES, sharing the goals of the project and inspirations for the design.
