Egg on a Roll owner and founder Adam Bresina recently shared the team’s plans to bring their craft egg sandwiches to Sioux Falls. The sandwiches have generated a lot of buzz in Minneapolis, currently found at their North Loop location, and the team is excited to now join Sioux Falls and their “blooming culinary scene.” We’re proud to be partnering with the team on the design of the new location and excited to be a part of their upcoming growth! In addition to Sioux Falls, the team has also announced an upcoming Egg on a Roll location in Minneapolis’ Dinkytown neighborhood (also designed with Shea), and has plans for additional locations in the works.
