Bathhouse, a 100-person sauna, pool and wellness center, is coming North Loop. The team is working with Swervo Development to build out the 45,000 SF complex with multiple levels of pools and saunas, including a rooftop deck. Bathhouse co-founder Travis Talmadge told the Star Tribune that a Minneapolis location is “right on the mark” for Bathhouse, adding, “It doesn’t matter whether it’s freezing or it’s the summer, people are getting out, they’re doing stuff. They’re being active. They’re being social.”
Based out of New York, Bathhouse currently operates two NYC locations with expansion plans for Philadelphia, New Jersey and Chicago in addition to the 2027 North Loop location.
