Bellecour is now open in Minneapolis’ North Loop, offering the neighborhood a new bakery and bistro experience. The restaurant has a French-dining influence and tells a story of Owner Gavin Kaysen’s personal inspirations and professional background. The North Loop location operates as a bakery and cafe during the day, transitioning to a bistro with full dinner and bar service in the evening.
