Yumi gets a Shea-designed expansion

Popular Excelsior sushi spot Yumi Sushi is rolling out two more locations, in Edina and St. Paul, with a rebrand to Yumi Japanese Restaurant + Bar — and Shea is driving the new designs. A wider variety of dishes and authentic design touches are in store in both new spaces.
