Minneapolis-St. Paul magazine’s annual rundown of the year’s best new restaurants names the who’s who on the Twin Cities dining scene each year, and Spoon and Stable is right at the top of the latest list. The Shea-designed space, headed by design director Cori Kuechenmeister, is lauded for its lighting, pastries, cocktails, and, of course, inventive, playful menu from chef Gavin Kaysen. Spoon and Stable has undoubtedly had a massive impact on the Twin Cities dining scene.
