Ryan Rogers is building a Louisville restaurant empire, and Shea is jumping on for the ride. The Eater Young Gun winner has teamed up with chef Andrew McCabe to open Bar Vetti, an Italian-style bar in Louisville’s 800 Tower City Apartments building. Look for a winter opening, seasonal cooking, and (of course) a killer design with lots of high-end touches.
