Twin Cities staple beer company Surly Brewing is transforming its former upscale dining room into a hip pizza joint, and it’s turned to none other than Shea to create the new concept. The quick-service spot will feature wood-fired pizzas, salads, and more in what will (of course) be the chicest pizza-and-beer place in town.
