Shea designs top the Star Tribune’s list of anticipated 2019 openings

The Star Tribune has released its annual list of the most anticipated restaurant openings, and as always, it’s stacked with Shea projects. The list includes several spaces that are currently in the Shea works, including P.S. Steak in the iconic 510 Groveland building, Demi from acclaimed local chef Gavin Kaysen, and modern American steakhouse Baldamar in Roseville.
