The James Beard Awards semifinalists list is out, and it’s packed with Shea friends and clients, including Pastry Chef Diane Moua of Spoon and Stable, Popol Vuh in the Best New Restaurant category, and Chef Jamie Malone of Grand Cafe for Best Chef: Midwest.
