Shea partnered with FirstService Residential to reimagine the common spaces at the La Rive condominium building, creating an environment evoking luxury and modernity in line with the building’s stellar river views. The repositioning included a full remodel of the atrium, creating a focal feature of the front window wall, as well as the lower lobby, corridors, elevator lobbies, and manager’s office. The revamped La Rive is a player on Minneapolis’ competitive residential living scene, with a design that highlights its best features and finishes that appeal to prospective tenants and help retain current ones.
