Gavin Kaysen talks why chefs are fleeing New York

Bloomington native and Spoon and Stable chef Gavin Kaysen made a name for himself working at Daniel Boulud’s famed Cafe Boulud in Manhattan. But last year, he moved back to the Twin Cities with his family and opened up the North Loop spot that’s been a darling on the Minneapolis dining scene since it’s announcement.
