Centro has made a name for itself as a beloved Northeast spot, and the concept is slated for further expansion–starting with a soon-to-open Eat Street spot. The new Centro Kitchen will bring three concepts (Centro, Vivir, and Everywhen Burger Bar) under one roof, along with a commissary kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining spaces, all designed by Shea to set the brand up for the future.
