We have a full-time opening for a Project Coordinator, experienced in design process, construction documentation and construction administration. The ideal candidate will have a full understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the fields of restaurant and hospitality, retail, and workplace design, and the ability to implement these concepts using Revit. Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the project drawings and supporting design staff under the supervision of a Project Architect.

    Our Must Haves:

    • Solid understanding of construction documentation, construction administration, and ability to coordinate all phases of project deliverables with other team members and consultants.
    • Assists Project Architect with the architectural design process, from conceptual design through the completion of the project
    • Completes architectural design and construction drawings
    • Makes redline changes and revisions to project drawings
    • Assists the Project Architect and Designers in developing presentation deliverables.
    • Develops alternative solutions to project challenges under direction of the Project Manager and Project Architect
    • Occasional travel as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s Degree a plus)
    • Working towards architectural registration
    • Strong proficiency in Revit
    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to effectively interact with clients and internal team
    • Ability to problem-solve effectively, individually and as part of a team
    • Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects
    • Must possess excellent time-management skills
