Blue Plate Restaurant Company has a big year coming up, and most exciting on the docket is a downtown Minneapolis restaurant. We’re partnering with the successful restaurant group to create Mercury Restaurant & Rail in the Soo Line Building, a city neighborhood gathering spot where execs and condo-dwellers can come together for good food in a great space. Attached will be Shindig, a new event space.
