Next week marks the much-anticipated opening of McKinney Roe, the latest in a series of restaurants popping up in downtown East to take advantage of the crowds of Vikings fans at US Bank Stadium. But none is as grand as McKinney Roe, the Shea-designed meeting of American and European styles, featuring a two-story bar, intricate millwork, and more than 450 total seats. It’s a feather in the burgeoning neighborhood’s cap, and one sure to draw attention.
