Shea partnered with longtime client Chef Mike Rakun to transform the restaurant at the boutique Le Méridien Chambers Hotel to become Mercy, a neighborhood restaurant for the downtown crowd. The space is modern and sophisticated without seeming stuffy, with an urban dichotomy of hard and soft in the upstairs dining room and a cozy, classic Library Bar downstairs.
