Following the success of Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis’ North Loop, Gavin Kaysen again partnered with Shea to design his second restaurant, Bellecour, located on Wayzata’s charming main street. The space encompasses both a French bistro and a café and is inspired by Kaysen’s trips to Lyon. Shea worked with the Bellecour team to create a full brand, from bakery packaging to custom plates, and gave the historic restaurant a clean, approachable design that makes diners feel immediately welcome. Pops of Provençal color and art bring life to the space, which is sure to be a destination spot.
