The annual Outstanding Building of the Year awards have been given by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Minneapolis, and 100 Washington Square, which received a full Shea remodel and repositioning, took top prize in the Renovated Building category. It will be moving on to the regional round, competing against buildings across the Midwest. Congratulations to the Shea team, as well as the management team at Shorenstein Realty Services!
