Shea restaurants dominate Minneapolis-St. Paul’s Best of the Year list

It’s no secret that the Twin Cities food scene is one of the country’s hottest (Bobby Flay recently told Food and Wine that Minneapolis tops his list, specifically calling out Gavin Kaysen at Spoon and Stable), and when it comes to the eclectic mix of restaurants in town, Shea-designed spaces take top honors. Minneapolis-St. Paul magazine just released its annual Best New Restaurants list, and it’s stacked with Shea designs—with Bellecour, Bardo, and Octo Fishbar at Markethouse Collaborative leading the pack.
