Bellecour (and its design) scores four stars

French-inspired Bellecour is already the hottest ticket in town, and it’s legitimacy has been confirmed by a four-star review from Rick Nelson, food critic at the Star Tribune. In addition to praising Chef Gavin Kaysen’s penchant for hospitality, perfect culinary execution, and his team’s attention to detail, Nelson notes that the design is perfectly on point—and that Shea is the design firm in town that “has probably done more than any other to enhance the appearance and feel of the region’s dining scene.”
