Shea clients on tipping in restaurants

With restaurateur Danny Meyer’s recent decision to eliminate tipping at his 13 New York City properties in favor of higher prices and higher wages, the controversy has been on the tip of the tongue in the restaurant community. Twin Cities restaurateurs, including Shea clients Alex Roberts of Brasa, Russell Klein of Meritage and Brasserie Zentral, and Gavin Kaysen of Spoon and Stable, weighed in on the subject in a recent Star Tribune article.
