Coming Soon: Brut

We’re partnering with Food & Wine Best New Chefs Jamie Malone (formerly of Sea Change) and Erik Anderson (formerly of Nashville’s acclaimed Catbird Seat) to open Brut, their long-awaited collaboration in the now-shuttered Sapor space in the North Loop. The restaurant’s design, headed by Shea design director Cori Kuechenmeister, will have an open vibe and French-influenced fare, and will be opening next spring.
